By using OTRS (Open Ticket Request System), you can receive expeditious support with services offered by IT Directorate.

You may send your request support by an e-mail reporting the failure to the address according to your status as listed below. All ticket requests are recorded automatically and tracked until your request is handled. You are informed of the result of your request.
