The purchase of IT hardware that might be needed by Faculty and Department Directorates at our university within a given year is made by IT Directorate. Purchases are made within budgetary limits based on the amount approved upon the evaluations of purchasing commission.

IT Directorate sends written notification about the collection of general IT requests to faculty and directorates every year in March and April asking for the preparation of their requests. After the requests are evaluated by the commission, the numbers and budget for final purchases are prepared for tender.
