New academic and administrative staff members need to make a written request for hardware and Eko ID service through “Document Management System” at their department secretary’s office. Following your written request, hardware and EkoID will be prepared by our directorate.

In order to complete the process rapidly and to track the process, you can use “Online Support System” to place your notification in advance.
