Our students can purchase their laptop computers at least 3 (three) years after they receive it on receipt. Students can contact Help Desk for information about whether they are eligible to purchase the hardware they are currently using.

If your laptop is appropriate for purchase, you need to deposit the necessary amount of money into the following bank account and have your student ID number and the notification of laptop computer purchase pricewritten on the receipt.

The steps to follow after depositing the money are as follows:

Get your receipt approved by the Financial Affairs Directorate.

Hand your approved receipt in to Help Desk.

Once the above mentioned terms are met, you are given an IT Directorate release form prepared by Help Desk staff and the release process is completed.

Special Circumstances in Purchase

– Laptop purchase prices are annually determined by university board of trustees and announced in that year.

– Vocational school students who have completed their education in our university and become eligible to graduate can also purchase their laptops.

– The university reserves the right to cancel laptop purchase proceedings at any time.
