If the laptop loaned to our staff needs to be sent to technical service, s/he is provided with a substitute laptop.

Terms of use for the substitute laptop are the same as specified in the on loan form.

When the problem is fixed, the staff member’s computer is delivered once the substitute laptop is returned.

IT directorate is not responsible for the data in laptops which are sent to technical service. For this reason, backing up important data in case of potential data loss is strongly recommended.
