LAPTOP PURCHASE PROCESS
All academic and administrative staff at our university are eligible to buy a used laptop only for once in a year.
The staff member using the laptop has priority to buy the laptop.
Laptops which can be purchased are the used ones put up for sale.
Requests for laptop purchase should be made in person to IT Directorate.
There is no a specific time period set for the sale of the laptops, so they are sold based on the availability of stock.
Requests for laptop purchase are put in order according to the date of requests. If the stocks are available, the staff member is informed and the sale is made.
